Teaching One to One and Teaching Many Students Different but Alike

Teaching is the important process for comprehend and develop ability student of learning process. Because teacher can help student of learning, she must use effective of teaching. The student sometimes have a way to different to get lesson. The teacher uses different technical in teaching. Teaching that using one to one and teaching many students have different from form use material, use time, and  use method of learning; on the other hand both teaching one to one and teaching many student have too are the similarity from form be well prepared and goal.

Teacher who teach student with use teaching one to one and teaching many students  have different in using  material. She of teach many students use material systematic. She just do and follow what materials have been given school where her teach. Because every school have course design, then teacher will do it for example: at first  meet, teacher must teach tenses material such as simple present tense, so teacher must teach about that material. If teacher  teach student one to one use unsystematic material, she will follow what the student wants. She must teach appropriate what the student request and needs, for example if the student do not understand about simple present tense, so the teacher must teachs it. The teacher can not force what her want but she teach what the student wants.

Teacher of teaching have different methods and roles for teaching one to one and teaching many student. Teacher who teach one to one more easier than teach many students. Because teacher of teaching one student not many method to use example if the character student more like study visual, so the teacher must often  use it. In teach one to one, teacher more easier to manage the student, just organize one student .. However the teacher easy of teaching one to one, but teacher of teaching many student more difficult. Teacher will use variations method because she has many students. So, the character of students not same all and must apply variation rule.

Teacher of teaching have different time setting. Teacher of teaching one to one have not structure time. The student of teaching one to one can request when she or he to study with her teacher, for example how many meet one or one month, what day, and when the time. The student can makes schedule with  her teacher. But teacher who teach many students, she does not organize the time of teaching process. The teacher the time of teaching have been made by school.

On the other hand, teacher teach student with use teaching one to one and teaching many student have similarity on be well prepared and have goal. Both teacher of teaching one to one and teaching many student must be  make lesson plan before began to teach student. Teacher too use have equipment same to learning process for example like pen, marker, book and etc. teacher has goal to be success student of study and explain what the the problem of student not understand. 

To conclude, teacher of teaching one to one with teaching with teaching many students have some differences but both are too have similarity. In teaching, this is became a uniqueness for a teacher. Teachers have to professional and have good methods of teaching her student.
